1. The man was pushed on the subway tracks and was struggling to get back on the platform. The photographer was running but says he knew the man couldn't be saved so he took the picture.
2. The photographer said the took the picture hoping the flash would warn/stop the train.

4. I do not think the photographer tried at all to help the man and he has a poor excuse on why he took the picture. The photographer should have not taken the picture so he could have more time to save the man because from looking at the picture he was pretty close to the man already.
5. I disagree because that just shows how carless and arrogant the employees/photographers are the New York Post. Also imagine how the mans family if he had one but just imagine how they felt if they saw this.
6. Life is more important than taking a picture. Just letting someone die for a picture is stupid.
7. If it helps the person then yes, because saving a life is more important than taking a picture.
8. No because the photographer should not avoid a troubling time because look what happened when the photographer took the picture of the man. He just avoid what was going to happen and took a picture instead.
